This voicebank has been missing for quite some time now, and was graciouslly provided by a user on Reddit who i'll keep anonymous. She has plenty of VCV voicebanks that have yet to be found. Her voicebanks were privatized and discontinued long long ago by her creator, Nilla-la, alongside a couple of other banks they made which are still being looked for. She was originally released on March 26th, 2011. The voicebank is Kana encoded by default, Western users may need to manually encode Romanji.
The voicebanks install as a usual UTAU voicebanks. On windows, the average installation starts with having two windows open in the files app. One containing the UTAU program files [the folder inside labeled "voice"], and the other window having the unzipped file. You can drag and drop the folders you want to the UTAU voice folder.
